CSIR New Fellowship Management System

CSIR presents a new system through which they can manage all the institutes and fellows (JRF, SRF, RA, Scientists) on a single platform. So the whole managing process are discussed below.

Existing Fellow Registration Process

Step 1. Visit NEWFMS portal and check if your institute is registered with CSIR-HRDG portal. if not ask your institute to get registered with CSIR-HRDG portal.

Step 2. If your institute is registered with CSIR-HRDG portal than register yourself

Step 3. After registration fellow can see their profile  by clicking on the tab ” Existing Fellow Registration”  and by filling your true information like , Exact File number, Date of joining, Bank account number.

Step 4. Wait  for system verifies your details with provided details by  your institution.  If system does not verify your details, fellow should contact CSIR-HRDG at “hrdgadmin@csirhrdg.res.in”.

Step 5. After verification a page comes up with fellow details. Fellow verify and update details.

Step 6. At the Institute of the fellow, Maker (role) will approve the existing fellow registration from the
CART and automatically the request will be forwarded to Checker/Nodal (role) of the Institute
for approval.

Step 7.  Checker/Nodal of the Institute will approve the Existing fellow registration from the CART and
automatically the request will be forwarded to HRDG Administrator for Final authentication.

Step 8. HRDG Administrator will approve the Existing fellow registration from the CART and
automatically system will dispatch login ID and Password to Primary email ID of the Research
Fellow.

INSTRUCTION TO RESEARCH FELLOWS
Research fellows should wait for further information/Instructions from maker / Checker / HRDG
about operations of portal and user manual’s availability
